We take pride in what we do
Phoenix Tent and Event Rentals brings over 50 years of combined experience in the BC special events industry. Whether it is a wedding, a festival, a music event or a sporting event, we have done it all. From 2 story tents with elevators to tents for the largest festivals in BC.

Frame
The most versatile style, with expandable lengths. A large open area that gives you 100% usable space.

Marquee
A high peaked centre with a bold look on the skyline. Made for places with difficult access, and a great add on beside larger frame structures.
- Rooftop patios and urban gardens
- Tight places and terraced landscapes
- Coat rooms and registration areas
- Entry ways, dressing rooms, staging areas
Tents need stakes set 3 to 5 feet out. Add 5 to 10 feet to each dimension. A 40 x 60 tent may need a 45 x 70 area. We can schedule a site visit if you are unsure.

Tents set up to engineering standards by trained staff, so your event stays properly covered if something goes wrong.
Clean and dry
The only rental company in Western Canada with a tent washing machine. Tents live in a commercial heated space, so they stay clean and mould free.
Proven at scale
Tents for every City of Surrey event since 2008, and a double decker tent with an elevator at the 2010 Vancouver Olympics.
Community
Tents that give back
Companies can buy a branded tent for community events. We install it and look after it. Non profits then use it for fundraisers like cancer runs, at no cost to them. About 40 corporate tents already work this way.

Booking and payment
- First come, first served. Book early.
- We accept cash, cheque, major credit cards and Interac e transfer.
- Final payment is due two weeks before setup.
- A 4% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
